NTIA Listening Session on the Use of BEAD Funds Saved Through the Trump Administration’s Benefit of the Bargain Reforms – Session Two
NTIA had a huge response to their listening session on the use of BEAD funds saved through BOB reforms. As a result, they will be holding a second NTIA Listening Session on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 – 1:00 –3:00 PM CT
It is important to register for the session if you wish to speak.
Speaking Guidelines:
Speaking opportunities will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are planning to speak during the session, use the “raise your hand” button immediately to get put in line. Each speaker will be limited to no more than 2 minutes.
Questions to consider for your remarks:
- What guidance should NTIA provide to States and Territories in the use of their BEAD Benefit of the Bargain savings?
- Are there potential uses of BEAD funds that could help accelerate the implementation of the remaining BEAD funding?
Due to the popularity, not all attendees will be able to speak. Written comments will be accepted through February 18. If you would like to submit written comments, please email broadbandgrants@ntia.gov
